PRE-ORDERS

All items are currently available for pre-order and are estimated to dispatch within 3–5 weeks.

Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and may be subject to change. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom
Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Europe
Tracked Delivery: 3–5 business days

International
Tracked Delivery: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery destination. The available delivery options and exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout once your delivery country/address has been entered.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are correct when placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to make changes to the delivery address.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery or failure to collect the parcel, additional postage costs may apply if you would like the order to be sent again.
